CEO
Dave has 30 years experience in CPG. He is the former EVP Global Strategy for Kraft Foods, former Partner of Boston Consulting Group and founder of Owens Strategy Group. Dave has helped develop and commercialize some of the largest brand licenses in the industry.

Dennis Dayton
CFO
Dennis has over 25 years in the CPG industry with broad finance experience in manufacturing, sales and distribution at Nestlé and Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream. As a Director of Finance, he led strategic channel expansion and acquisition initiatives.

Stan Fabian
EVP | Operations & Development
A 25 year expert in the CPG industry, Stan served as CEO of Ciao Bella Gelato from 2008-2012. Earlier in his career, he ran Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Sales & Distribution from 1991-2008, managing $1.4B in revenue in the Eastern U.S.

David has 32 years of experience in the CPG industry, with a background in category development and national account management. He previously worked at ConAgra Foods, Reckitt Benckiser, and most recently, Wells Enterprises.

Roger has 35 years of experience coaching and leading sales teams in all channels of the CPG Industry. His background includes: Kraft Pizza Company, Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Blue Bunny Ice Cream, and most recently La Michoacana as the Director of Retail Sales.

CMO
Romi has over 20 years of experience building and managing consumer brands. Prior to Boardwalk Frozen Treats, Romi worked in brand management at ConAgra Foods and as a consultant with San Francisco-based brand strategy firm Prophet.

Accounting Manager
Karen has 25 years of experience in the CPG Industry managing various accounting functions. She previously worked at Annie’s Inc., Nestlé/Dreyers Ice Cream, and Quaker Oats.

Demand Planning Manager
Kevin has 15 years of demand planning experience within fast moving consumer goods companies. He helped implement demand planning process improvements at Clorox, Dannon, and Del Monte Foods.

Trade Accounting Manager
Kelly brings a broad set of accounting and analytical skills to Boardwalk. She spent the last several years in the biotech and real estate industries, and prior to that spent over 20 years with Nestlé/Dreyers.

Emilio is a recent graduate from Saint Mary’s College of California with a degree in Business Administration, concentrations in Marketing and Global Business Development.

Inga is a recent MBA graduate from California State University East Bay with concentrations in Operations and Supply Chain Management. She is responsible for key logistical functions at Boardwalk Frozen Treats.
